How can I call the carrier?
It is not possible to speak directly with the carrier.
We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation emails at each stage from preparation to delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you will be able to see where your order is at all times.
Remember that you must remain at the address you have provided throughout the selected time slot, as it is not possible to know the exact time of delivery.
It is not possible for you to speak directly with the carrier as they are either en route or making a delivery.
If you have not yet been contacted, don't worry, we will contact you in case of any mishap. You don't need to do anything. You can consult and/or manage your order here.
