Can I make changes to my online order?

Partial changes to orders are not accepted.

To start the cancellation process you can access the following link, add the requested data and then select the option ‘Cancel Order’.  We will send you a link to your e-mail with the order confirmation that will allow you to cancel the order. The order can be cancelled during 1 hour after the payment has been made, as long as it is cancelled more than 48 hours before the delivery date. In this case we will refund the full amount of the purchase, including the cost of transport.

Once this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that the order has not left our premises. If this is the case, the transport costs previously paid for the goods will be deducted from the refund of the order. 

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
