What are the delivery conditions of parcel transport?
As many items as you can fit in a blue IKEA bag.
In order to be included in parcel transport, the size of the items must not exceed 78.5cm x 55cm x 39cm.
The maximum weight per item is 10kg and the volume of the item may not exceed 0.025m3 (25l).
If the order exceeds 25kg in total, it will no longer be considered as parcel delivery.
On the same day of delivery you will receive another notification informing you of the time slot in which the delivery is scheduled.
Please make sure you fill in the correct mobile phone number and email address in your order details.
The delivery date is approximate, not exact. Therefore, two delivery attempts will be made and, if this does not happen, your order will be sent to a point where you can pick it up within a maximum of 10 days. As soon as the package is received at a collection point, you will be informed by sms/email of the address where you can pick it up.
If 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the cancellation of the contract, the purchase price will be refunded, except for the costs associated with transport.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid. Food products, natural plants, household appliances or items sensitive to high temperatures are excluded from the parcel service.
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it and IKEA will refund the full amount of the purchase, including the cost of shipping. If you wish to cancel your order after one hour, IKEA cannot guarantee that the order has already left our premises and is on its way to you, so shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
