How does the Click & Collect service with in-store collection work?

Click & Collect is designed to meet the needs of customers who want to save time and have the convenience of easy pick up of their purchases

If you wish to purchase your items and collect them at one point, select the Click & Collect option.  You can place your order by phone (900.400.922), chat, online or via the IKEA APP. You can pick it up at the shop of your choice or at IKEA lockers. During the checkout process you choose the date and time that is most convenient for you.

Your entire order is collected, verified and stored. When it is ready you will receive a confirmation email and depending on the shop, you can pick up your order inside or outside in the designated and marked delivery area.

To collect your order, it is essential to present the NIF/CIF or Passport of the person who has made the purchase or the authorised person and the order confirmation that arrives by e-mail.

You have 24 hours to collect your order in shop (including Lockers). After this time we will contact you to offer you an alternative.
