Can you help me with the preparation of the order in the store?

Of course I can! We have in-store pick-up service (Picking).

It includes the collection of items in Self-Service. It does not include the pick up of complements or any other item located in Market Hall. This service has no weight or amount limit, and can be associated with a shipment of merchandise from the store if requested.

To contract this service:

- Come to our store and choose the furniture you want to buy.

- Go to an information point where they will make the order form for your items.

- Tell our collaborators if you want any other service.

- At the checkout line, pay the amount of the furniture and the contracted services.

This service is available at the following stores: IKEA Jerez, IKEA Malaga, IKEA Seville, IKEA Valladolid, IKEA Alcorcón, IKEA Ensanche de Vallecas, IKEA San Sebastián de los Reyes, IKEA Barakaldo, IKEA Zaragoza, IKEA Badalona, IKEA Gran Vía L'Hospitalet, IKEA Sabadell, IKEA Murcia, IKEA Valencia, IKEA Asturias, IKEA A Coruña.
