Do I need the DIRIGERA hub if I have a similar hub or bridge of another brand?
Yes, you need the DIRIGERA hub to use the IKEA Home smart App to connect IKEA smart products to your smart home.
With the DIRIGERA hub the IKEA Home smart App can guide you when connecting to Google Home, Alexa or Apple Homekit.
Synchronise your smart products with the other App and create a smart configuration there as well. Once this is done you can use your voice to control your IKEA smart products via devices with voice assistants on Google, Amazon or Apple.
