How does the Click & Collect service with collection at one point work?

Click & Collect is designed to meet the needs of customers who want to save time and have the convenience of easy collection of their purchases.

If you wish to purchase your items and collect them at one point, select the Click & Collect option.  You can place your order by phone (900.400.922), chat, online or via the IKEA APP. You will be able to pick it up at any of our points and post offices. During the checkout process you will choose the date and time that is most convenient for you.

Your entire order is collected, verified and stored. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Once the order has arrived at the Collection Point, you have 72 hours to collect it and in the case of Correos, you have 10 days. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding the cost of the service.

In order to collect the order, it is essential to present the NIF/CIF or Passport of the person who has made the purchase or the authorised person and the order confirmation that arrives by e-mail.
