Can I change my Click & Collect appointment?

Click & Collect appointments cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

You have 24 hours to pick up your order in store or Click & Collect (including Lockers). For collection points you have up to 72 hours. After this time we will contact you to offer you an alternative. If we are unable to contact you, you will be notified via SMS and the order will be refunded with the amount paid for the goods, excluding the cost of the order preparation service.
