Can I exchange one item for another?
At IKEA you can change your mind!
If the item is not used, even if it is unpacked or assembled, we will assess whether it is in a condition to give it a second life, in which case we will return the amount in a refund card so that you can exchange it for another one that you like better.
This card has no expiry date and is not nominative. You can use it whenever you want, in all our shops and also on our website for online purchases.
