My order has not arrived, what can I do?

We will contact you on the day of service

We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation emails at each stage from preparation to delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you will be able to see where your order is at all times.

Remember that you must remain at the address you have given us for the entire selected time. If we have not yet contacted you or if the delivery time has passed, don't worry! We will contact you.

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
