Whatever you buy, we'll deliver it to your home.
You decide what to buy, whether from an IKEA store or online, and for added convenience we can deliver it to your door through a range of delivery methods tailored to your needs.
We'll ask you to enter the postcode of the delivery address so that we can show you which delivery options are available.
The rates we charge are based on the dimensions of the products, the weight of the order, the purchase value, the location of the delivery address and the purchase channel.

As many items as you can fit in a blue IKEA bag.
To be eligible for parcel delivery, the size of the items must not exceed 78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm. The maximum weight per item is 10 kg and the volume of the item may not exceed 0.025 m3 (25 L). If the order exceeds 25 kg in total, it will no longer be eligible for parcel delivery.
On the delivery date, you'll receive another alert informing you of the time slot when your items will be delivered.
Please be sure to enter your mobile number and email address in the order information.
SEUR will make an initial delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, your order will be sent to a SEUR point where you can collect it within a maximum of 10 days. As soon as the package is received at a SEUR point, you'll be informed by SMS/email of the address where you can collect it.
In the event that your order is not delivered or collected, for reasons not attributable to us, within 15 days of being available for delivery, we'll understand that you'd like to withdraw from the contract and will therefore consider it terminated, whereupon the purchase price will be refunded less the delivery costs.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are product supply issues or there are no items left in stock, we'll refund any amount you may have paid. Food products, natural plants, household appliances or items sensitive to high temperatures are all excluded from the parcel service.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it and IKEA will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of shipping. If you'd like to cancel your order after 1 hour has passed, IKEA cannot guarantee that the order has not yet been dispatched and on its way to you, therefore the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

For parcel deliveries, if you cannot see the status of your order on our website, please click on the link found in the SEUR order confirmation email/SMS or track your order at their website.
We offer a range of delivery options tailored to your needs, including home delivery and collection points, subject to different rates and delivery times.
You choose how and when to collect your order. If you can come to the store, then great! Your order will be ready in 3 hours. If you prefer to have it delivered to your address, it will take 24 hours for provinces with an IKEA store or 72 hours for all other provinces. You can also collect your order at one of our collection points, in which case it will be available within 3 days. You can also have smaller items sent to you by parcel within 3 to 6 working days, while shipments of goods to any address from our central warehouse will take at least 5 days.
These delivery times are approximate. You will be able to pick an exact delivery date during the purchase process prior to making payment, and then you can track your order. For in-store purchases we'll tell you about the delivery times before you arrange the service.

If you've requested delivery or hired any other service as part of your order, you can check the status or change the delivery date on our website by clicking here, provided that the order is not already out for delivery and the order status allows for this.
For standard orders, if you are unable to make changes this way, our Customer Service will be happy to help you. You will be able to make changes at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the initially scheduled delivery date.
For parcel deliveries, if the status does not allow changes to be made via our website, please click on the link found in the SEUR email/SMS order confirmation or visit their website. You can make changes up to 1 hour ahead of the notified delivery date.

For home delivery or Click & Collect of bulky items, it is essential that you confirm that the number of packages you receive at the time of delivery or collection matches the number of packages shown on the delivery note. Use the delivery note to record any items that may be missing, and then contact us so that we have a record of what happened.
For parcel orders, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection of your order and tell us the reference number of the missing item(s).
