IKEA Business Network
The IKEA Business Network is our loyalty club that supports small and independent businesses, helping them to create a better everyday for their businesses. As well as relevant communications and offers, IKEA Business Network members get access to exclusive benefits:

- Fast solutions and ideas – free of charge! A one-hour consultation with our IKEA Business specialists.
- People perks: a wide range of discounts for you and your employees for different brands and sectors, designed to promote the well-being and motivation of your team.
- "Learn with IKEA" platform: online training where we share everything we know about business basics, taking care of your team, and solutions for every space.
- Exclusive offers: members of the IKEA Business Network also enjoy IKEA Family offers and offers exclusive to businesses.
- What's more, they get free coffee at our restaurants from Monday to Friday.
- In time, more benefits, incentives and rewards will be added.
Becoming an IKEA Business Network member is really simple, and it's free. You can do it on our website right now, and you'll receive your digital card as soon as you sign up.If you join the IKEA Business Network, you can start to enjoy the benefits straight away.
If you have an IKEA Business account and you want to switch to the IKEA Business Network, you can do so for free by logging in to your customer profile at IKEA.es
You can find and save your IKEA Business Network membership card in the following places:
- On your customer profile or on the IKEA Business Network members page at IKEA.es
- In your welcome email or at the bottom of any IKEA Business Network email.
- You can save your card to your mobile phone as an image.
- On Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
- You can call our telephone service (900 400 922) to request that your card be sent to your email address.
Remember to scan your digital card when you buy products in store or enter your card number when making purchases via the website to be able to track your past transactions and see receipts. For purchases via remote sales services, such as telephone sales, don't forget to provide your card number to the IKEA staff member assisting your with your purchase.
The IKEA Business Network is a new loyalty club that is currently only available in certain countries. As such, for the time being, you can only use your IKEA Business Network card in Spain.
IKEA Family members who have a small business, or who work at one, can also get an IKEA Business Network account. To do so, simply register using a different email address to the one you use for your IKEA Family account.
You may have another account with IKEA with the same email address, for example an IKEA Family account. Use a different email address to sign up as an IKEA Business Network customer.
If you are an admin user:
- Log in to your customer profile or to the members page and click on 'My Profile' to delete your personal profile. If you are the only admin on the company account, please assign a new admin then you will be given the option to delete your profile.
If you are a non-admin user:
- Log in and click on 'My Profile' to delete your customer profile.
If you are an admin on your company account:
- You can call the Customer Centre to delete a colleague's profile.
If you are a non-admin user on your company account:
- You cannot delete colleagues from the account.
If you are an admin on your company account:
- Log in to your customer profile or to the members page and click 'Your team' and 'Invite my colleagues'. You can choose to assign them admin rights or no admin rights. Enter their email address and their job role, and they'll receive an invitation to join your IKEA Business or IKEA Business Network account. Make sure that the email address of your colleague is not yet associated with an IKEA account (such as IKEA Family).
Each colleague will get their own digital card.
You can request a new password by selecting 'Forgotten password?' on the login page. If your email address is registered with us, we will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
If you've forgotten the email address linked to your account, please contact the Customer Centre or the store of your choice.
If you accidentally create two accounts for your company, please ask the admin of your company account to delete one of the accounts.
Non-admin users can access the benefits of the IKEA Business Network and view and change details related to their personal profile. Admin users can also access the benefits as well as view and change details related to the company account. Admins can:
- View past transactions and access receipts for purchases made by any colleague using the company's account.
- Add colleagues to the company's account or delete them.
- Delete or change the type of company account.
- Assign admin rights to users of the company account.
Please make sure the admin assigns a new admin before they leave. Otherwise, please call the Customer Centre to help you assign a new admin to your company account.
Your company can access the discounted interior design services as many times as they need and chat to our interior designer for one hour free once per year. With Learn with IKEA, you can delve into our series of online training an unlimited amount of times and you can access IKEA Family offers an unlimited amount of times with our special member discounts, not to mention one free tea or coffee each time you shop with us in store Monday to Friday.
