Gift cards

You can't go wrong with an IKEA gift card!

You can purchase a gift card at any of our stores. Just choose the amount (up to EUR 1,000 per card) and you're ready to go. IKEA gift cards do not expire and you can use them to make several purchases or spend it in one go.

If your gift card is lost or stolen, please remember that it is not registered to you, therefore we are unable to issue a replacement.
At IKEA, we make things easy for you. When making your purchases, either in-store or online, you can choose from any of the main payment methods we accept.

In our IKEA stores, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, 4B, American Express, our IKEA VISA card, IKEA gift cards, IKEA refund cards and/or cash. In accordance with Spanish Law 11/2021, we cannot accept cash payments for transactions of EUR 1,000 or more. Payments greater than EUR 999 must be made by card or cheque.

At IKEA Design points, payment can only be made by card.

Only business customers (self-employed or companies) may pay by bank transfer, provided that they create an account at IKEA for Business.

Gift cards or refund cards may be combined with other available payment methods. The maximum amount of gift cards or refund cards is EUR 999 and you can only use them on orders that do not exceed this amount.

You cannot use more than one means of payment (where any such method is cash or bearer securities) on the same invoice if the total amount of the invoice is EUR 1,000 or more. Using more than one means of payment is only allowed if they are all credit and/or debit cards and/or bank cheques made payable to IKEA IBÉRICA, SAU.
You can pay for your online purchases with:

Your debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Your American Express card.

Using your PayPal account. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay for your purchases at IKEA.es with no additional costs.

You can spread the payment of your purchases in-store or at IKEA.es over 48 months and without interest when using your IKEA VISA (APR 0%(1)). All you have to do at IKEA.es is enter your IKEA VISA card details and choose your financing option; you can switch from the spread payment option back to the regular payment method assigned for your card via the IKEA VISA App or by phoning 934 048 610.

Now you can use gift cards when shopping online provided that you choose Parcel delivery or Home delivery option without Fast delivery.

With the refund card, provided it has a PIN on the back and subject to the same terms and conditions as the gift card.

We cannot accept payment with two or more credit cards/payment methods, with the only exception being gift/refund cards, which may be combined.

We cannot accept cash payments of EUR 1,000 or more.

At all of our IKEA stores, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, 4B, American Express, our IKEA VISA card, IKEA gift cards, IKEA refund cards and/or cash.

Spanish Law 11/2021 of 9 July ushered in new rules and regulations to prevent and combat tax fraud and tax evasion directly affecting the functioning of the domestic market. As of 11 July 2021, it is no longer possible to make total or partial payments in cash or bearer instruments (including gift and/or refund cards) for transactions of EUR 1,000 or more.

From that date onwards, all payments of EUR 1,000 or more must be made by credit/debit card.
