What do I need to prepare for my appointment?

Here is some information that may be useful before you attend your appointment.

Measuring a room isn’t difficult, but it is important to have the correct measurements since they will be the basis for your plan. Take as much time as you need to take accurate measurements. Measure in millimetres to make sure that they are as exact as possible. In addition to measurements, it is useful to take a note of any outlets (electrical, water etc.) that may be in your room.

Here are some tips to avoid connectivity issues during the video call for your virtual appointment:

Compatible browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge Chromium (not older versions)

Close any streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube etc.) in order to avoid connectivity issues and distractions during the video call.

Where possible, connect your computer to the router using the Ethernet cable. If this is not possible and you are connected via Wi-Fi, try to sit as close to the router as possible.

Mute your audio (microphone) when you are not talking, remember, since you are at home there may be certain noises that distract the other participants.

If you have connectivity issues during the video call, switch off your camera.
