Chocolate dipped banana pops

Serves: 10
Preparation time:  2 hours + 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Chocolate dipped banana pops

  • 200 g CHOKLAD LJUS milk chocolate
  • 5 bananas
  • 10 ice-cream sticks

 

Topping

  • 10 tbsp of topping, like finely chopped nuts, coconut, freeze-dried raspberries

Step by step

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  2. Insert an ice cream stick into the cut surface of each part.
  3. Place the bananas on an oven tray with baking paper in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  5. Dip the bananas in chocolate and top with finely chopped nuts, coconut, and freeze-dried raspberries.

 

Tip!

Use the topping you have on hand – cupcake sprinkles work fine, too. This recipe is also great for kids’ parties as a creative activity and a festive snack.
