Chocolate dipped banana pops

Ingredients:
Chocolate dipped banana pops
- 200 g CHOKLAD LJUS milk chocolate
- 5 bananas
- 10 ice-cream sticks
Topping
- 10 tbsp of topping, like finely chopped nuts, coconut, freeze-dried raspberries
Step by step
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
- Insert an ice cream stick into the cut surface of each part.
- Place the bananas on an oven tray with baking paper in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Dip the bananas in chocolate and top with finely chopped nuts, coconut, and freeze-dried raspberries.
Tip!
Use the topping you have on hand – cupcake sprinkles work fine, too. This recipe is also great for kids’ parties as a creative activity and a festive snack.
