Doesn’t LastDanielAfter a couple months the blind wouldn’t retract one morning. I’m very gentle with my blind and have no idea how this happened. From other similar reviews, it seems to be a design flaw. 1

Very good black out blindBenitaEasy to install. Works really nice in opening and closure this blind. Very safe around animals ( I don't have kids but it looks kid safe and friendly to me). Blackout is about almost pitch dark, but that works well for me.5
Almost perfectTamaraOur windows are in between sizes and when you are trying to black out a room...that can be challenging. (if size was exact....this would be 5 star for sure) We've had ours for 6 months and we are looking to buy more. Do the jobDianeThey aren't truly a blackout, but do it enough to darken a room. We bought 3, and the widest one while it does extend to full length, it will not stay down , it comes back up a foot. They do what we wanted them for, and after foing through the work of installing them, we will keep them...3

Major design flaw prevents blacking outJonathanThe blinds themselves are excellent, but the hanging system included in the package has a huge design flaw that completely defeats the purpose - specifically, the brackets stick out far from the wall, so that there is a major gap between the blinds and wall if you do an outside mount (which is the recommended option to achieve the best blackout effect). This lets light pour in from all sides, since the blinds do not rest flush against the wall. Major design flaw and oversight that makes an otherwise great product completely useless.2
