Services for the whole family
We also offers many other family-friendly services to help you have a more enjoyable shopping experience. Our store offers:

All IKEA Canada locations offer a free take-back/recycling program for expired incandescent, LED, halogens and CFLs (non-tube shaped) lightbulbs and batteries - ensuring that these products are disposed of in a responsible manner. Please note: This service is intended for IKEA customers to recycle only household items. IKEA Canada is unable to receive very large quantities or industrial-use products.

Accessible parking spaces are reserved near the front entrance for customers with an accessible parking permit. Please remember to display your permit so it is visible in your vehicle.Green parking

It works easily via a quick connection. If you have a Wi-Fi enabled device, the connection screen will appear automatically. Open a browser on the mobile device and select “IKEA Wi-Fi” as your connection option. Terms and conditions must be accepted.2. Is there a fee or is registration required?
There is no purchase fee and no registration is required. You will need to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to use the Wi-Fi.3. Is there an access code or password?
No, there is no access code or password.4. Is there a usage limit or time restriction?
Yes, there is a four hour usage limit.5. What happens once I reach the usage limit?
The session is active for four hours, after which, it will disconnect from our Internet service. You can simply re-authenticate via the initial connection screen and accept the Terms & Conditions in order to active the Wi-Fi service again.6. Are there any websites that are not accessible?
At IKEA Canada, we strive to provide a safe, secure and family-friendly environment for our customers and co-workers. As such, where websites come from questionable sources or contain potentially offensive content, we will prevent access over our Wi-Fi service.
