Do you offer free WIFI service at your stores?

Yes, free WIFI is available at our IKEA stores. You can enhance your in-store experience by using our free WIFI service to connect to the Internet using your laptop or mobile device.

If your device is WIFI enabled, the connection screen will appear automatically. You can also open the browser of your choice on your mobile device and select “IKEA Wi-Fi” as your connection option. Terms and conditions must be accepted.

Please note that there is four hour usage limit, which includes 1MB of upload data and 1MB of download data. The session is active for four hours, after which, it will timeout and you must log in again.

If you would like to continue using WIFI , you will be redirected to the initial connection screen to accept the Terms & Conditions and sign-in once again.
