I have an old IKEA product, can I sell it back to IKEA?
Information on the Sell-Back program offered for IKEA Family members.
The Sell-Back Program creates a more sustainable and affordable shopping experience and enables IKEA Family customers to sell their gently-used IKEA products back to the retailer, in exchange for store credit.
IKEA will in turn give the product a second-life through resale or donation – one of the many ways the company is supporting its commitment to be a fully circular business by 2030.
To submit your application for the Sell-Back Program, please click here.
If your application is approved, bring your fully assembled IKEA item to your selected store returns counter, along with your IKEA Family card and unique application code to get your gift card in-store credit.
