I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

Refunds normally take 5 - 7 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days. It takes IKEA approximately 1 - 3 days to send the funds to your financial institution. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

If it has been 7 or more business days and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us with the order number or case number, and/or your financial institution.
