I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement. Here are some options in the meantime:

To check the status of your refund, check your Purchase History in your IKEA Family account and select the “Cases” option under your linked purchases.
Has it been more than 14 days?
If it's been over 14 business days and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us with the order number and/or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
