I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your email inbox to see if you have received your order confirmation. Make sure you also check the Junk/Spam folder.
Your confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of successful payment. Check your bank account to ensure the payment has been taken and not just reserved. The order confirmation includes an order number, by which you can track your order in your IKEA account.
Still haven't received it? Please contact us by chat or phone.
Have your order number ready, or the email address you provided when you placed your order, the date and the exact amount of your order.
