Does IKEA have a lost & found?
Yes, IKEA does have a lost and found service at our stores.
If you lost or found an item during your store visit, please speak to a co-worker in a yellow shirt and we will gladly assist you.
For debit and credit cards, the issuing banks will be contacted the morning after the card is turned in, and the cards are then destroyed after speaking with the bank.
If you believe you have lost something at one of our IKEA stores, don't hesitate to chat with us, or you can reach us by phone at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532), and we can check to see if the item has been logged.
