I lost my IKEA Family Card/want a physical card, what can I do?

It is no longer possible to obtain a physical IKEA Family card, as the program transitioned to a fully digital experience.

There are multiple ways to access your IKEA Family Card:

  1. Login here to be directed to your IKEA Family Card.
  2. IKEA Family Cards may also be added to an Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  3. If you are opted into receiving emails from us, you'll find your IKEA Family card at the bottom of each IKEA Family email.
  4. A screenshot of the Family Card is valid.
