How will my purchase be delivered when I order online?
IKEA uses several different methods for delivery.
Currently we have two types of deliveries; Parcel and Home Delivery. Home Delivery includes 'Doorstep' and 'In-Home' options. Parcel Delivery is ideal for smaller items through post. Your goods will be delivered by parcel (using FedEx) or by truck, depending on the weight and volume of your order. Shipping charges are based on order weight, volume, delivery destination and retail value of the order.
Most IKEA products are flat-packed making them easy to transport home. If you need assistance getting your purchases home, we can help arrange delivery by an independent delivery company for a small fee.
You can also order most products through IKEA e-Commerce and have them delivered for a small fee. You may check delivery rates by store by clicking here.
