Timing and scheduling factors: You’ll receive a choice between three 4‑hour delivery windows on your chosen delivery date. If you will not be at home, you can select 'Authority to Leave' at checkout, and your items will be left in a safe and secure location at your home.
Item size and type restrictions: Ideal for larger, bulky items (e.g. sofas, wardrobes, or kitchen appliances) that might be challenging to move yourself.
