While trying to process my order online, I am seeing a loading screen that says “Your order is being processed, please wait”, why is that?

A guide on what to do in the event of a loading screen saying your order is being processed.

To ensure the completion of the order you need to wait for the transaction to be completed. Please do not press “back” or “checkout” or any other button while this is happening.  

If you get charged and do not receive an order confirmation in the next 24 hours, please contact us and select the option to speak with our After Sales team.
