I am getting a blank screen during checkout, what do I do?
A step by step guide to troubleshoot blank screen issues that occur during the checkout process
If you obtain a blank screen while checking out on IKEA.ca, please try one of the following options:
- Check your email inbox to see if you received an order confirmation. Remember to check your spam/junk folders.
- If you were charged for the transaction, but you did not receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, please call us at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) and speak with our Aftersales department.
- If you were not charged for the transaction, clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try placing the order again.
- Try placing the order in Incognito Mode.
If you still cannot place your order, please chat with us, or give us a call and speak with our sales department and one of our agents will be glad to assist you.
