I am getting a blank screen during checkout, what do I do?

A step by step guide to troubleshoot blank screen issues that occur during the checkout process

If you obtain a blank screen while checking out on IKEA.ca, please try one of the following options: 

  1. Check your email inbox to see if you received an order confirmation. Remember to check your spam/junk folders.
  2. If you were charged for the transaction, but you did not receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, please call us at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) and speak with our Aftersales department.
  3. If you were not charged for the transaction, clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try placing the order again.
  4. Try placing the order in Incognito Mode.

If you still cannot place your order, please chat with us, or give us a call and speak with our sales department and one of our agents will be glad to assist you.
