IKEA Family Free 14-Day Breakage Protection

If you accidentally break your product and have scanned your IKEA Family loyalty card, you can bring your product back to an IKEA store within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a replacement.

IKEA Family Free 14-Day Breakage Protection- Terms and Conditions below:

  1. This benefit is available to IKEA Family members only.
  2. Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to replace any damaged products and take advantage of this benefit.
  3. To claim this benefit, please must present your IKEA Family card together with proof of purchase and the damaged item. The proof of purchase must show that your IKEA Family card was presented and scanned at the time of purchase.
  4. This benefit does not apply to purchases of IKEA gift cards or purchases made in the IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market or IKEA Restaurant.
  5. This benefit does not apply to cut fabric or goods ordered to your specification (for example, custom made countertops or made-to-order sofas).
  6. This benefit does not apply to purchases from the AS-IS.
  7. Damaged products will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
  8. All other terms and conditions of IKEA’s No-nonsense returns policy apply.
