What is a parcel delivery?

Parcel deliveries are a great way to have all your smaller items delivered right to your home or office.

Parcel deliveries are a great way to have all your smaller items delivered right to your home or office. It is a contactless delivery left in a safe, clean and dry area at your doorstep or inside your lobby. No need to be home and no signature required!

In order to qualify for our parcel range, your order must respect certain rules:

  • All individual articles must weigh 23kg or less
  • Total weight of the order must be 30kg or less
  • Maximum size of the article is 120cm
  • Cannot be delivered to P.O boxes (for safety reasons)
  • Not available for mirrors, mattresses, mattress toppers, cooktops/hobs, microwave ovens or extractor hoods

Parcel delivery fees are based on the weight of the order, starting at $9.99. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number(s).
