Are there any limitations for parcel delivery?
There is a minimum order value for parcel deliveries. Some products also require a certain number of items to be delivered, and some fragile products will not be available for parcel delivery.
At IKEA, we’re committed to offering great value responsibly. To keep our delivery service affordable and accessible, we’re introducing a minimum order value for parcel deliveries.
Some items will only be available in set quantities for parcel delivery, and fragile products will be limited to Click & Collect to ensure safe handling. For smaller orders below the minimum, Click & Collect remains the most budget-friendly option—shop online and pick up at your convenience.
When shopping online, you’ll see delivery options based on your cart. In-store, our staff can help you choose the best delivery method.
