I'm having issues during payment. What can I do?

If you're experiencing issues placing an order and no money has been deducted from your account:

Try re-entering your payment details or use a different payment method.

If the issue persists, try these browser troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open your browser (Edge, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
  2. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
  3. In the pop-up window:
    • Select “All time” as the time range.
    • Check Cookies and Cached images/files.
  4. Click Clear/Delete.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

If the problem continues: 

Contact your financial institution to check for issues like card blocks or insufficient balance.
