Tickets can be purchased in-store only at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant. Please note tickets will not be sold on the day of the event or in the lineup going into the event.

- $4.99 per children’s meal ticket (includes dessert)

EVENT RULES
Welcome! The following are the Event Rules that govern your attendance at the IKEA Valentine’s Day Dining Experience (the “Event”). In order to attend the Event you must agree and adhere to the below.
Purchased Tickets
You hereby agree to purchase and IKEA Canada Limited Partnership (“IKEA”) agrees to sell the ticket(s) (the “Ticket(s)”) detailed in your Receipt (as defined below). The purchase of the Ticket(s) grant the bearer the revocable license to attend the event described on the Ticket(s). No other relationship between the Parties, either expressed or implied, is created by your purchase of the Ticket(s).
Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed and your payment completed, you will receive a receipt (the “Receipt”) & your Ticket(s). You must keep your receipt along with your Ticket(s). You will be asked to provide your full name and contact information at the time of purchase. IKEA co-workers may attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase in case of any cancellation and/or postponement of the Event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, IKEA may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, provide a refund. A copy of the Receipt will be required to process any such refunds.
Assumption of Risk
The nature of the Event may involve certain risks of injury and property damage. You understand and agree that IKEA, its successors and assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, independent contractors and such preceding parties’ respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, agents and representatives (collectively the “Releasees”), shall not be responsible for your safety while participating in the Event. You acknowledge the risks associated with the Event and assume all of those risks, including all risk of personal injury to you and your child(ren) (as applicable) and damage to your property occurring in connection with or in any way relating to the Event and your participation in the Event and hereby waive any such claims and release the Releasees, from any and all liability for any acts, omissions or occurrences which may result, directly or indirectly, in injury to yourself, your child(ren) (as applicable) or your personal property, as a result of your participation in or association with the Event, including travel to and from the Event. You further acknowledge and agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
COVID-19
COVID-19 is highly contagious and an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. By participating in the Event, you voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or your child(ren) (as applicable) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in the Event; and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the Releasees relating to such risks.
You further acknowledge that IKEA has the right to refuse entry to any participant for any reason and undertake to declare immediately any onset of symptoms or contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19. You further acknowledge and agree that you will adhere to all applicable Public Health requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including but not limited to any mask mandates, requirements for proof of vaccination, and/or contract tracing requirements.
Use of Image/Likeness
Photography and audio and video recording may occur at the Event. You hereby grant to IKEA the right, in perpetuity, to publish, broadcast, or otherwise use your name, voice, image, or likeness or those of your child(ren) as applicable that may be photographed or recorded at the Event, as is or as may be edited, in any manner or media, and for any advertising, promotion and/or purposes of trade without any further permission or compensation.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing Ticket(s), you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by IKEA and any representatives or agents thereof in connection with the Event, for the purpose of running the Event. Information collected by IKEA in connection with the Event will be used by IKEA in accordance with IKEA’s online privacy policy posted at https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/customer-service/privacy-policy/.
Code of Conduct
During your attendance at the Event, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the following:
During the Event:
Attendees must stay in the designated areas for the Event at all times.
The following will not be tolerated at the Event:
- Verbal, physical, or visual harassment of another attendee or an IKEA co-worker.
- Bullying or taking unfair advantage of any attendee.
- Possession or usage of outside alcoholic beverages, drugs, or tobacco at any time during the Event.
- Possession of dangerous or unauthorized materials such as firearms, weapons, or other similar items.
- Conduct endangering the life, safety, health, or well-being of others.
- Defacing or destruction of any IKEA property regardless of condition or value.
- Failure to follow any IKEA policies & procedures or instructions from an IKEA co-worker.
Any violation by an Attendee, in the sole and absolute discretion of IKEA, of the above rules, the policies and procedures, or other local or provincial law may result in the suspension of privileges for certain activities, removal from the Event, and/or criminal prosecution.
