Bring the family together for an afternoon of baking with these templates to make your own mini gingerbread furniture.
Step 1: Prepare your template
Choose the IKEA furniture you would like to build. Download and print the paper template. Cut out the template ready for the next step.
Step 2: Cut out the shapes
Roll out the gingerbread dough into a thin sheet and place your guides on the dough. Cut the shapes in the dough, don't worry if you make a mistake - the dough is easy to handle, it’s easy to start over.
Once the shapes have been cut out follow the instructions on the packet to bake the gingerbread.
Step 3: Assemble your gingerbread furniture
Once your pieces have been baked and cooled it time to start assembling. Don’t worry, no allen keys involved! Use baking glue or warmed sugar to piece it all together.
Step 4: Decorate and create
