If your item arrived damaged, is worth $50–$500, and was delivered up to 7 days ago, use your order number to claim via ‘Manage my order’.

Every order is different. If your claim doesn't match the criteria to lodge a claim yourself, then please get in contact with us.
Contact customer supportPlease note that the IKEA co-workers assessing your claim may invite you to bring your items to your nearest IKEA store for further assessment. If IKEA cannot determine a fault with the item or it is not covered by our extended guarantees, we are required by law to notify you to collect the item from our store by a certain time (depending on your state/territory) before it becomes an 'uncollected' item. Please speak to our co-workers for further information regarding our assessment process.
