Need to check the status of your case, exchange, or return?

 

It's easy to check the status of a refund or exchange. Follow the steps below to login, find your purchases and view any updates on your case. 

1. Login to your IKEA account

Click the Get started button below to access your account.

2. Head to purchases

Once you’re logged in, go to the purchases section in your account dashboard.

3. Open the cases tab

Next to your purchases, look for the cases tab. Click it to see all your active and past cases.

4. View your case

Select the case to open its details, check the current status and see any updates.
