I paid for more items than I bought, what should I do?

If you have paid for more products than you picked up, we will assist you in identifying the extra items and ensure you receive either a refund or the missing items.

Before reaching out to the Customer Support, start by reviewing your receipt to identify the products you paid extra for but did not order or buy. You can then file a claim online or in-store, depending on where you made your purchase.
Go to an IKEA store
If you were charged extra items in an IKEA store, it's recommended that you visit the store where the original purchase was made. When you arrive, please go to the Customer Service Desk, usually located near the store entrance or exit. Please remember to bring your store receipt with you.
The IKEA co-worker will verify the extra charge as issue a refund to your original payment method for the extra amount you paid.
File a Claim Online
If you made your purchase online or you can't come into the store, contact IKEA Support to get help with your claim. When you reach out, please have your purchase receipt or payment confirmation available. If you're using the chat, you can type ' Talk to an agent' to get connected to live chat during opening hours, or call (02) 9010 0264
