I've been overcharged in store, how do I get this back?
If the incorrect payment amount was processed in store, you can either return to store or contact us with your receipt details to have the excess amount refunded back to you.
Mistakes can happen, such as an overcharged payment in store. If this has occurred on your most recent trip to IKEA, you can either return to store, or contact us with your receipt details, and we will arrange for the excess amount to be refunded to you.
