How do I pick up my Click and Collect order in store?

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or email notification. You can head store once you have received this notification or within your time window.

Your Notification

An SMS or email will be sent when your order is ready for collection in-store. If you receive the notification before your allocated time window, you can also wait to go collect your order within your Click and Collect time window. If you have not recieved your notificaton, then please contact our customer support, before heading in store. You can track the progress of your order using the Track my order tool.

 

Heading to IKEA

Check your store Click and Collect operating hours and any specific collection instructions for your local IKEA store on the Click and Collect page. Contactless Click & Collect is available in selected stores.

You can collect your order at the Merchandise Pick Up counter located after the checkouts, near the exit of the store. If you are collecting from IKEA Rhodes, IKEA Richmond or IKEA Logan and have large items on your order, you may need to visit an external warehouse to collect these.

Bring your proof of purchase and photo ID with you and follow the COVID-19 restrictions in your state. If required, please bring support with you to help load heavy goods into your car.

 

Need someone else to pick up your order?

All they will need is the original order confirmation or tax invoice and to present their photo ID for collection at the store.
