How can I update or delete my IKEA Business account?

Only the owner, or Admin user, of an IKEA Business account can update or delete it. You can change the details on your account or cancel it by logging in to your IKEA Business Network account.

After you are logged in, go to the 'Your Company' section by clicking 'Edit' next to the company details. 
If you delete your IKEA Business account, all data associated with IKEA including all colleague profiles connected to the company account will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. 
Alternatively, you can get in touch with our IKEA for Business team by calling (02) 9010 0266, via live chat, or by e-mailing business.au@ikea.com Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (AEST/AEDT). Please provide your account number and all the details you wish to change, or specify that you want to close your account.
