How do I claim my Birthday Reward?

IKEA Family members will receive a birthday treat on us! Simply check your email inbox on your birthday and use your voucher by the stated expiry date.

If you are an IKEA Family member, you will receive a voucher from us on the day of your birthday to the email address your account is under. To receive this gift, you must be opted into IKEA marketing communications, have a birthdate on your profile and are above the age of 18. To update your IKEA Family profile details, simply login and go to Account settings. Please ensure to check your junk/spam folder.

If you believe you are eligible and did not receive your voucher, please contact us with your membership details.
