My bed slats/midbeam are missing, what can I do?
Many of our bed frames require the bed slates and midbeam to be purchased separately, to give you flexibility when it comes to changing or replacing parts of your bed.
To suit both new and existing IKEA customers, the bed frame, slats and midbeam are all separate articles. These articles are found in separate locations in-store. Bed slats and midbeam will have their own unique article number.
When shopping in-store, you can check if your bed frame is sold with bed slats and midbeam by looking at the article sheet list in-store at our showroom.
When shopping online, the product page of the bed frame will indicate what is included with the product in the drop-down menus under the product name. Here you can select to purchase the bed frame with or without bed slats or midbeam.
If you've forgotten to purchase bed slats or a midbeam, you can come in-store or purchase these articles online in your desired size:
- LURÖY Slatted bed base
- LÖNSET Slatted bed base
- SKORVA Midbeam (One size for all)
