How do I leave a product review?
Any products you purchase, you can also leave a review on.
We would love to hear what you think about our products. Your review not only helps other customers. It helps us improve too!
Please take the time to leave us your review by following these four simple steps:
- Log in to 'My Account' on IKEA.com.au or create a new profile.
- Select the IKEA product you wish to rate and review.
- Write your product review and rate it using the star system.
- Keep an eye out for an email response if your review is approved or posted live on our site.
If you were not able to leave a product review but still want to send us feedback about our product, please visit our Product Ratings and Reviews, and select 'Share Feedback' near the bottom of the page. All feedback you leave is anonymous. We continuously review these to help improve our products, services, and experience.
