How do I leave a product review?
Any products you purchase, you can also leave a review on.
IKEA loves hearing about our products from our customer.
Please take the time to leave us your review by following these four simple steps:
- Make a purchase under your IKEA Family account in-store or online.
- If you've opted in to receive IKEA emails, you will be sent an email inviting you to share your opinion on your recently purchased products.
- Write your product review and rate it using the star system.
- Keep an eye out for an email response if your review is approved or posted live on our site.
If you were not able to leave a product review but still want to send us feedback about our product, please visit our Feedback Centre and select "Give Feedback". All feedback you leave is anonymous. We continuously review these to help improve our products, services, and experience.
