Are reward points the same as money?
Reward points are not the same as money and have no fixed monetary (cash) value.
All reward points are non-transferable and non-refundable; they cannot be exchanged for money.
Reward points can be used to choose and enjoy rewards available through your IKEA Family account (via the IKEA.com.au website or IKEA app).
