How do I collect points?
Online via IKEA.com.au, through the IKEA app, in-store, or even by phone. You can collect points in a number of ways.
- In the case of purchases with delivery service, you will collect points when the order is fully delivered, and points can take up to 48hrs to enter your IKEA Family account.
- Log in to your IKEA Family profile (on IKEA.com.au or IKEA app): 1 point (once per week).
- Create an IKEA Family profile: 5 points (once per lifetime) for new members.
- Create and save a wish list: 2 points (once per week).
- Register and attend a free IKEA Family Event: 20 points (each time) events include workshops in-store or virtual.
- Book and attend a planning appointment: 25 points (valid once per week either virtually or in-store. Excludes business consultations and interior design service for business).
