I didn't receive the total amount of reward points from IKEA Family for my purchase
Reward points can be granted in multiple stages, depending on the type of purchase you've made.
- Self-service articles have their corresponding reward points granted on payment.
- Orders in general have the reward points granted on order completion, meaning.
- If you have an order with delivery the reward points are granted after the delivery.
- If you have an order created in-store to be picked up in the Goods Handout area, reward points are granted after the goods have been given to you.
