I didn't receive the total amount of reward keys from IKEA Family for my purchase

Reward keys can be granted in multiple stages, depending on the type of purchase you've made.

Reward keys can be granted at multiple stages of your purchase depending on the type.
For example:
  • Self-service articles have their corresponding reward keys granted on payment.
  • Orders in general have the reward keys granted on order completion, meaning.
    • If you have an order with delivery the reward keys are granted after the delivery.
    • If you have an order created in-store to be picked up in the Goods Handout area, reward keys are granted after the goods have been given to you.
Please keep in mind that, even after order completion, reward keys can still take up to 48h to be granted.
