When will the reward points appear on my IKEA Family profile?
Reward points can take up to 48 hours to appear on your profile after completing a purchase or interaction.
For purchases with delivery, the reward points will only be added when the delivery is completed. You can view your reward points history by logging into your IKEA Family profile on our website or the IKEA App. If your order is fully delivered, and 48 hours have passed, please confirm if the IKEA Family card was added and it matches with the one in your IKEA Family profile.
