How much does IKEA Pick-Up Service for returns cost?
If you prefer, IKEA can arrange to pick up your item for return. This service incurs a fee equivalent to the delivery fee for your area.
The IKEA Pick-Up Service is suitable for larger items. The exact pick-up fee is calculated when IKEA Customer Service arranges for your items to be collected, and the fee depends on order size and pick-up location. The fee is deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Your item must be disassembled for the IKEA Pick-Up Service, and any small parts (such as screws) should be placed in a secure bag for collection.
