How much does IKEA Pick-Up Service for returns cost?
If you prefer, IKEA can arrange to pick up your item for return. This service incurs a fee equivalent to the delivery fee for your area.
The IKEA Pick-Up Service is suitable for larger items. The exact pick-up fee is calculated when IKEA Customer Service arranges for your items to be collected, and the fee depends on order size and pick-up location. The fee is deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For the IKEA Pick-Up Service your item must be disassembled, with any small parts (such as screws) placed in a secure bag for collection, and must be reasonably repacked in its original packaging, where possible.
This service isn’t available in all areas. You can reach out to IKEA customer service for more information during opening hours. If you are chatting with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker writing "talk to agent" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call us. Click here to see how to contact us.
