I have a recalled product, what should I do?
If you have a recalled IKEA product, cease use of the product and get in touch with us.
Check our Product Recalls page to see if your product has been recalled. Here you can click into each product for information on what is being recalled and the time period, as some recalls only involve part of the product.
Visit in store
You can visit us in store with your product at our Exchanges and Returns counter located after the checkouts near the exit for a full refund. Proof of purchase is not a requirement for a refund.
Contact us
You can contact us to arrange a full refund of your recalled product. We will either request you post this to us free of charge if it is a small item or provide photos if it is a large item. Proof of purchase is not a requirement for a refund.
