I have received the wrong product in my order, how do I get the correct item?
If you have received the wrong product from your order, reach out to us so we can fix this for you.
Prior to signing the Proof of Delivery, it is important to check and count that you have received all your items, and they are in good condition. Ensure to note any missing or damaged items at the time of receiving your order.
If you have received an incorrect product from your order, please contact us and have your 9-digit order number and the name or article number of the item ready.

If you receive a product you did not order, first check whether it's an extra item or if something from your original order is also missing. If items are missing, contact IKEA Customer Service in-store or online, and a co-worker will assist you with returning the incorrect items and getting the missing ones. If you've received extra items, verify on the purchase invoice whether you've been charged, then contact IKEA Customer Service for guidance on how to proceed.
