Will IKEA contact me before my assembly appointment?
Once you have made the appointment, our service partner will contact you about 24 hours before the agreed date for a more specific time frame of their arrival.
If you have not received any information from our service partner, you can contact them directly. Not sure how to get in touch with them? Just type 'talk to an agent' to be connected to live chat or find further contact details for IKEA here and we'll let you know when you'll be able to enjoy your new purchases!
